I tried to file a claim against NOMORERACK who tells you they take weeks to deliver... Never got item...PayPal says will not process or recognize compaint... In other words we pay out WHEN ORDERED not WHEN SHIPPED... so if you never get item then tough... Liked using PayPal but the way they do business I don't see how I can continue... They handled a previous complaint but not this one... Now will have to deal witdh credit card company.. thanks KEn
