Withdrawal massive issues WITH PAYPAL SYSTEM

PaYPAL HAS REVERSED A PAYMENT TO MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR 'SECURITY' ISSUES AFTER MAKING ME WAIT 72 HOURS BEFORE TELLING ME. THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL BASICALLY SAYING IT WAS THE FAULT OF MY BANK FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

 

However, this withdrawal request was declined by your bank for one of the following reasons:

The bank account number does not exist or is invalid
The bank branch listed in your PayPal account does not exist
The bank does not accept electronic withdrawals
Another reason not specified by your bank

 

I HAVE CHECKED WITH THE BANK AND THIS IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, ESPECIALLY AS ONLY A FEW DAYS BEFORE PAYPAL HAD TRANSFERRED SOME FUNDS INTO THIS VERY SAME ACCOUNT WITH NO PROBLEM, ALBEIT AFTER MAKING ME WAIT 72 HOURS (SO MUCH FOR THEIR NEW FASTER PAYMENT SYSTEM)

 

NOT ONLY HAS THIS CAUSED ME MAJOR PROBLEMS IN MY BANK IN REGARD TO MEETING OTHER COMMITTMENTS, BUT TO CAP IT ALL, WHEN I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO A HUMAN BEING IN THE PAYPAL CALL CENTRE I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS FOR 'SECURITY REASONS' THOUGH THEY COULD NOT BE SPECIFIC. THEY ALSO TOLD ME AFTER I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPT THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE IN TOUCH. FAT CHANCE!!!!

 

FUNNILY ENOUGH AS A TRIAL I TRANSFERRED A SMALLER AMOUNT AFTER THE PHONE CALL AND IT WENT THROUGH STRAIGHT AWAY (IT SEEMS MY BANK ACCOUNT DOES EXIST!!!!!!) HOWEVER WHEN I TRIED TO TRANSFER THE BALANCE OF THE AMOUNT I ORIGINALLY TRANSFERRED, LO AND BEHOLD I GET A MESSAGE SAYING IT WILL TAKE 72 HOURS (AGAIN!!!) TO REVIEW MY TRANSFER. I AM GETTING A HORRIBLE FEELING THAT IT MAY TAKE WEEKS TO GET WHAT AMOUNTS TO A FEW HUNDRED POUNDS TRANSFERRED FROM PAYPAL TO MY BANK IN SMALL BITS HERE AND THERE (I CANNOT OPERATE LIKE THAT) MY WORRY NOW IS THAT I WILL GET A MESSAGE AGAIN IN A FEW DAYS SAYING THAT THIS PAYMENT HAS BEEN REVERESED, AND I WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS WHOLE PROCESS AGAIN!!!!!!

 

 

THE UPSHOT IS THAT I NOW HAVE NO CONFIDENCE IN THE PAYPAL SYSTEM WHATSOEVER TO DELIVER THE TYPE OF SERVICE I NEED TO MANAGE MY ONLINE TRANSACTIONS. I AM FORWARDING THIS TO A NUMBER OF JOURNALISTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY ON PAYPAL'S CASE IN REGARD TO FAILURES IN THEIR WITHDRAWAL SYSTEM WHICH IS ALL OVER THE INTERNET. WHEN I HAVE MANAGED TO GET WHAT REMAINS OF MY MONEY OUT OF PAYPAL I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS IN PAYPAL AND EBAY WHICH I'VE HAD SINCE 2005 (UNLESS THEY GET BACK TO ME A GIVE ME A GOOD REASON WHY I SHOULDN'T)

 

FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE IN FEES THEY REALLY SHOULD BE PROVIDING A FAR GREATER LEVEL OF SERVICE THAN THEY DO AND THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE. IF ONLY THEIR SYSTEM WAS AS EFFICIENT IN GETTING MY MONEY TO ME AS IT IS IN GETTING IT OFF ME I WOULD BE HAPPY. I CANNOT CONTINUE LIKE THIS....

I'm having a problem moving $221 dollars in to my account. I haven't moved money out in three months and my withdrawal limit won't reset. Just yesterday it said it'd reset today so I figured I'd wait a day, no big deal, right? Guess what, now it says it'll reset on December 22nd. I want to move my money in to my bank account thank you! It's my damn money. I've emailed them and all I got was an automated response explaining how withdrawals work. Complete Rubbish. I think this will be the last transaction myself and my family will be having with Paypal and their other company Ebay.
