Very poor customer service

I have been going back and forth with paypal customer services and aside from apologies and excuses for all the mistakes and misinformation they have been giving me, NO ONE has taken ownership of the situation and solve it or give an acceptable resolution for me the customer.

At first I made a payment and went instant with out any issues, due to the merchant policy I had to change the mailing address in my paypal account in order to receive the goods. I went in and changed it and later on they issued a refund in order for me to pay the goods once again. It went all downhill from that point on.

First, the paypal system blocked the new payment because it was "Investigating" if I was the one making the payment, I called paypal and to my surprise They Cannot override the system! So I was told wait two hours and try again. Waited three and guess what it didn't work! First miss information.

I called paypal and they apologized for the miss information, and that they do not know how much time it takes for the system to finish its investigation, that I can request the seller an invoice and the system MIGHT let the payment go thru. So I did, received the invoice and went back to sleep.

In the morning the payment wasnt cleared, so I called once again, The frustrating lady NEVER understood the issue and kept repeating the same thing over and over and over again, I asked her why it hasnt clear and she told me that I sent an echeck, I told her that I never did such thing, she replied that when you have only your account linked thatwas always the system do, I asked why one day is instant and the same day in the afternoon is an echeck if its the same account?, After a short break, she told me that (this is genious) THE SYSTEM that cannot be overwritten CHOSE echeck!!!! WHYYYYYYYY!!!!!!  So I asked her if the funds are going to be deducted from my account and she said "No first we use the balance in your paypal account and later the rest from your bank account". Huge missinformation is not like that.

Later on THE WHOLE PAYMENT was deducted from my account... Plus the amount on the first transaction, so, the transaction needed arround 900 and they deducted 3,200. Called again, Guess what? YES they apologized once again for the wrong information I was given, I talked to the customer service representative for over 20 minutes and got NOWHERE! I told her all the bad and misleading info I was getting and that due to that my account was overcharged and I was in overdraft, that the check was going to bounce, she basically told me, cross your fingers and lets hope the transaction goes thru.. Super professional, and once again, that she cannot do something that its the SYSTEM. That the best she can do is sent a letter to the bank informing them that it was paypal's error.. that do absolutely NOTHING! I Asked for a resolution, the less that they can do is fund the check and once the money clears they get the money, it was their mistake and the paypal account had the money, or if the check bounce thay do an instant payment automatically. The customer service said, no if it bounce you have to start all over again! I called the bank and funded the account, they authorized the overdraft but told me that I was going to be charged $15 for the overdraft. Which Im sure this irresponsable company will say, I apologize for the mistakes, thanks for using paypal.

At the end of the day, I have to pay $15 bucks for someone else mistake, and look like a bad buyer with my seller. And NO ONE in paypal took ownership of the situation, and no manager or supervisor took matters into his hand and simply solve it.

This is an example of a big company offering the worst service I have ver experienced.

Sounds pretty similar to my experience, you however, did include something I had forgot.

" The frustrating lady NEVER understood the issue and kept repeating the same thing over and over and over again" is what triggered myself to ask for a supervisor.
