1. Please GET RID of that full page animated thing. Even on my high speed internet it takes too long to load. You once had a pause button. Seems to be gone now. WHY? I just want to log in not look at a full size movie. Waste of time and bandwidth!
2. I sell on Artfire. Today several people in their forums have been expressing complaints about pay pal. They want other options to take credit cards. When I asked what the problem was with customers not wanting to use pay pal, it made sense.
If you have a pay pal balance, pay pal will not let you charge on your credit card. It takes from that balance first.
Dear pay pal, this is costing you customers. Sellers are willing to pay pro pay annual fees just to offer another option and the only reason is because enough of our customers flat out refuse to use pay pal. This is the reason.
You really need to fix this. I too like to have a balance in my pay pal account. It pays my AF fees, and I use my master card here to pay for shipping. But if I want to use pay pal to keep my credit card safe and shop with that, I can't. Not unless I want to clean out my balance here first. This has been an issue for a long time.
