I was just approved for a paypal smart connect last week, but it has yet to let me use it for anything at all. I have called, emailed, faxed customer service and they said it wasnt linked yet and would be within 4 days , well that never happened and now I just get transferred and get a recording...why approve me and give me a credit line if you havent linked it and you wont help me.....anyone else experience this??

I have a paypal smart connect accout and tried to purchase items, but the process failed several times.
