I had changed my account email and password 2 times before this latest purchase on ebay. And, used these emails and passwords to obain goods fom Ebay. For my latest purchase on Ebay I could not log into PayPal to purchae my item. Seems, PayPal was using a 10 year old email and password now days for verification, even though I had already changed it twice. I called Pay Pal.
I was sent to the Verification Department and asked a lot of 3rd Party questions. This was information of mine from more than 35 years ago and they didn't even ask what my first dog's name was or the street I grew up on. They asked about residents I lived in before the internet or PayPal even existed. Needless to say, I FLUNKED! I couldn't even't even verify my own account!
To make a long story short with supervisor after supervisor and my mentioning, of the fact, that my billing for Netflex each month comes directly out of my bank account and goes directly to PayPal to pay my Netflix account should be enough ot Verify my account.
I called Netflix and gave them the infomation to deduct from my account direct and to Never use PayPal for anything, not even Ebay, which I think I should go the Amazon .Com.
