WARNING! "Bill Me Later" is not PayPal. They have no record of purchases, all they are about is money. My purchases on ebay were shunted to PayPal then sent to Bill Me Later as "GUEST PURCHASES" which DO NOT show up on my PayPal account. Unless you opt-out of Bill Me Later be sure to check your account at PP & BML every month.
