Still waiting for bank transfer: PayPal emailed saying had been done 19.30 Thursday 10th May - I paid for faster pay.
Nothing in account as of writing 22.09 Friday 11th - but have just received another email from PayPal saying funds have been released. This is not acceptable. I needed those funds today which is why I paid the £5 fee. There is something odd going on at PayPal. Not the first time this has happened either.
