I emailed PP and asked the same question and was told there is no way to have the classic method as a default. Now I can't even switch back to classic for domestic shipments. when i click on the take me to classic link, it just takes me to a screen where I'm asked to choose between USPS and UPS (the make default button doesn't work) and once I choose USPS, it ntake me back to the beta site....aggrevating. PP blamed that on my browser (Safari) and told me to use Firefox or IE but Firefox does not work either. This is yet another **bleep** up mess desgned by someone who never ships anything.
