When I had a problem with my account I called to resolve it. I have been a satisfied customer of Paypal for years, and this was a small problem, easy to resolve, but it held me back. I could not get the steps to go through online, so I called customer "service". BIG, ANNOYING MISTAKE. After wading through voucemail that lost my passcode, I finally got a person...who diddled around for 10 minutes, then said there was nothing he could do. So he transferred me to the next guy in the billing dept, who asked for my info again, so I gave him my phone number, irritated. HE HUNG UP. BOTH guys has my private information. I just wasted 4u5 minutes with your HORRIBLE phone jockeys. Paypal used to have GREAT customer service--where did all the gsood ones go? Idiots who play with you, and more idiots who hang up without even trying to see what the problem is? POOR JOB, PAYPAL.
