Paypal shipping not available?

well I have been buying usps shipping via paypal and printing labels . The other day I paid for the shipping and was unable to print the label . Some sort of problem getting to the printer . Has anyone else had this problem in the last week . Is it a problem with my computer and printer or is it an internal problem with paypal and usps ?

does anyone find the tracking when pre paid is slow to show tracking , when I pay at the post office the tracking updates same day . With pre pay sometimes the tracking shows when the package is at the destanation post office , thats days after the package is in the usps system several days . It seem like its not scaned in till it gets to the destanation post office then shows out for delivery ?

None of my labels are printing. I Just get the pop up and it stays empty. I have tried 3 different browsers, ensured pop up blockers are off, rebooted, nothing works. I have had to void 7 labels in the last week! **bleep** because I can't do first class labels through the USPS site.

The last one I tried to print thru eBay shipping charged me for it but I didn't get a label.

I got this error message

We had a problem retrieving the label. [Error: 0 - { Id : PAYMENT.PGW.Processor Timeout Failure, Severity : ERROR=3, Parameters : { PGW : SYSTEMERROR }, Correlations : {} }]

On the phone 30 minutes trying to get either PPal or eBay to refund my $2.01 for a label I can't get to.

USE INTERNET EXPLORER. 

If you cannot print your shipping labels when on your iPad or iPhone or from your computer when using Firefox, try Internet Explorer.  You can still print them using that.

I called about this twice and, just now, the PayPal customer service rep says she's "taking calls all day about this." 

How the **bleep** it could take over two weeks to fix this is almost as hard to understand as WHY THE **bleep** hasn't PayPal posted a banner explaining this simple fix!

The first day it happened I contacted PP and was told to use IE.  Well guess what, IE doesn't work, Firefox doesn't work, and Chrome doesn't work.  The next time I called in, I was told the problem was with *MY* computer.  How crazy is that?

Multiorder shipping works with all 3 browsers mentioned above.  So the problem is not with Firefox as they first suggested and certainly not with my machine.  All I want them to do is to take ownership of the problem and then tell us how they are going to let us know when it gets fixed.  It's not like we can just go try it every day or so.  Geez Louise guys, come on.

Why cant a paypal staff member answer the queries here could it be that none of them ever reads them? or as i suspect. "we have your money watcha gonna do about it"

I'm so sick of this!!! I have been using PayPal for YEARS!!! and for years this problem comes and goes... one week everything prints fine and the next 3 weeks I can't print any lables.  The admin for PayPal "Olivia" has been telling people for years to check their address formating but I know for a fact this is not the problem.  If it was it wouldn't mysteriously start and stop working without me making any address changes.  From someone who takes and ships hundreds of orders a month having the a confrimed adress in PayPal and being able to use USPS first class mail option is vital!!!  If PayPal shipping doesnt work I have to hand type in the adresses and walk into the post office and pay more to ship the same package!!! Time and money lost!  I'm about to open a UPS account and use my merchant account and bypass PayPal completely if they dont fix this!!!!
