The first day it happened I contacted PP and was told to use IE. Well guess what, IE doesn't work, Firefox doesn't work, and Chrome doesn't work. The next time I called in, I was told the problem was with *MY* computer. How crazy is that? Multiorder shipping works with all 3 browsers mentioned above. So the problem is not with Firefox as they first suggested and certainly not with my machine. All I want them to do is to take ownership of the problem and then tell us how they are going to let us know when it gets fixed. It's not like we can just go try it every day or so.
