Pay after delivery wording

I guess this isn't really a question as much as it is a bit of a rant.

Paypal has the new (to me) feature "pay after delivery" giving 14 days before payment is taken by PayPal.  I thought this was kinda cool and made use of the option, spending less than $100 of my newfound "credit".  Like many, at the time of the purchase I actually didn't have the money onhand, but I knew I would well within the 14 day time limit. But it really is not 14 days before payment is taken, is it PayPal?!?!?!

I'm sure I am not the only one that misread the advertising for this feature.  It is UP to 14 days before payment is taken, not a full 14 days as I originally believed.  This part should be made more clear, more obvious in both the advertising and when someone links their bank to PayPal, thereby accepting this new feature.

As of right now, my card has a negative balance.  Not a huge deal as my direct deposit will have this taken care of within a couple days.  Just rather irritating to see a negative balance.  I don't deny that it is my fault, but while not quite false advertising, it is walking that line without quite crossing it.
