I am from the UK. I am trying to link my debit card to my Paypal account. So far I have been having problems with this, Paypal says I will get a small amount taken out of my bank. In one breathe in the help topics it says just input the price of the two payments but when you go to verify it, it says there is a 4 digit code I need to enter which is on the amount taken out of my bank. Thing is I never get the code or amount come up on statements! when I ask my bank about it they say its never touched my account. At present I am stuck and cannot use Paypal! I can use it to buy things but means I have to keep inputting my card details and also means I have limited options on what else I can do with Paypal i.e. sending payments to people.
How do I combat this? I cant get hold of Paypal via its 'email' because it only gives you two options and you cant actually write out a query. I'm stuck guys! how do I link my card up without all these problems!
