Legal Problem with PayPal

Paypal totally mishandled a garnishment served upon Paypal requiring Paypal to freeze any account held in the name of a ceertain judgment debtor. Paypal notified a third part that their PayPal accounts werre frozen, and posted the fact that there was no money in that party's account anyway. They have never garnished the proper party's account, and my many efforts to resolve the problem have been fruitless. I am thinking of suing PayPal for its mishandling of the entire matteer and its failure to have any responsive procedure in place to address the problem. The more I lear about PayPal, the less I would trust it for any purpose.

I ordered a Star Wars bundle through Apple.com paying through PayPal. I was a few dollars off but I transferred more than enough to cover the cost straight to PayPal. And they continue to double draw from my bank account. Double draw within less then 12 hours. Causeing my bank to charge me twice for overdraft protection. Thanks to PayPal and their shifty financial team I no longer have any money to pay for the 2 dollars that I was missing in the first place. I no longer have the financial means to pay for my homes utilities for the next two months. But thanks to the Utah government I can skip a few months to get back on track. But not PayPal no they don't want to talk to you.
