Just wondering

I was just wondering if I was the only person who gets lied to every time I contact PayPal. Every representative I have spoke with over the last couple of months has told me that they would take care of this issue yet everytime I call no one seems to know anything about the previous calls. I even had PayPal on a conference call with my bank and still no resolution. PayPal says they refunded my card. The bank says there was no such transaction. Even with all the numbers PayPal provides, no such transaction can be found by the bank. The bank has told them this on the conference call. PayPal assured me once again they would take care of it. Once again I called today and went through the same process. Hours and hours on the phone with Vendor, PayPal, & the bank. Two months now & NO RESOLUTION. I am now convinced PayPal has stolen my money and just makes up a string of numbers to "verify" their innocence. Yea right PayPal. I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Reserve and the Better Business Bureau. Just a warning to all PayPal customers, DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD PAYPAL TELLS YOU. THEY WILL JUST SAY CALL BACK IN 3,5,10 DAYS, TWO WEEKS, ETC....TIL YOU ARE WORN DOWN WITH CALLING AND GIVE UP!!! CLOSE YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT NOW AND RUN BEFORE THEY EMPTY YOUR ACCOUNT!!!! THIEVES and LIARS. I must be really pretty because they sure enjoyed **bleep** me.
