Paypal offered me $30.00
PP-003-586-967-027
"I DENY THIS PARTIAL REFUND". Paypal policy specifically states "item must be returned in the same condition it was received". Item was in perfect working condition when shipped and received by buyer. When returned, (after buyer used camera for 3 weeks), camera will not power on, and has been chewed on by a dog( statement by camera shop attached to complaint).
I have been a customer of paypal for 15 years, processed almost $100,000.00, had thousands of transactions, and 0 disputes until now. I have never been treated like this anywhere. PAYPAL needs to get out of the dispute and resolution business and back into processing money.
I expect a full refund of $324.15 or I will pursue other ways to conduct business on EBAY. I HAVE REMOVED PAYPAL'S LINK TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND CREDIT CARDS. I am fully prepared to close my PAYPAL account if a satisfactory resolution is not reached shortly.

The only way they will ever do the right thing is by you getting them on the phone and escalating to a supervisor and never letting them end the call and calling them back when they do until you receive full resolution. They will use every tactic in the book to keep from helping, but if you are insistant enough you should prevail.
