IS THIS new layout causing messages not to go through?

I could scream. I responded days ago to a complaint. I got an email TODAY saying they were awaiting my response and all the stupid paypal stuff they do to ingratiate themselves with buyers who do not pay the fees were do, the ever increasing fees.

ONCE AGAIN I responded I think a fair and just resolution and instead of it goin through it said something like did not go through. i am soooooooooooooooooo tired of this.

 i am now on hold at least five minutes. WHAT HAS HAPPENBED TO PAYPAL?

 This new style is bad news: you can't get a message through when you are required to respond, and they make it a pain to switch to classic. Well **bleep** what do they expect? Why use this style if it is causing all these problems? Anything I get from PayPal i always have responded to I've had an account now for 15 years.

 I ams so sick of this. STill on hold.

 Does anyone know the best and fastest way to just GET THROUGH?

Can anyone tell me if this new design is causing them problems getting responses through?
