im trying to close my paypal account but it says i cant cause there is something that has not been complete which is not true every transaction is completed help please i dont like paypal ;/
Unfortunately issues like this cannot be resolved thru the community forum, you need to speak with customer support as they can view your account details and help resolve your issue.
