I know it's an old problem for PayPal users ( I note posts here going all the way back to 2011) but it is a new problem for me as it has just happened to me for the first time this morning. So my question is, why has it happened, why does it continue to happen and why has it taken an hour of my valuable time to research this? Surely PayPal should have a simple process published for customers to follow when it the issue arises? As of now I have no resolution and my ebay purchases remain unpaid ..... What can the community do to help????
Is your PayPal Account verified? Seems that folks who get the error codes that nobody has an answer for do not have a verified PayPal account. Don't know if that is true in all cases but, it's appears to be common with a few.
I have the same issue, cant make payment on a certain site, couldn't pay with paypal balance, waited for the funds to transfer automatically to my card, so my account is verfied for sure, same thing happens, tried removing my card then adding it again no change, Im out of options here, please help someone 🙂
So I send an email directly to try and resolve the issue, I get automated crap, so I resend the request again, just to get atomated crap AGAIN!, noone seems to really care about this while the majority still works :(.
