I was told I had until August 19th to kick my resolution up to a claim. I have given the merchant every chance to resolve the issue but I still don't have my item and they still have my money.
I have been holding the phone for paypal customer service for over one hour- I am wondering if anyone if really there.

Unfortunately getting a person can sometimes be a challenge but, there are real people.
The sad news is once a case is closed, PayPal won't reopen it.

of course they wont fight for you, they get paid to steal your money! $20 is what they charge for stealing your money
