I am most upset that PayPal has closed my dispute simply because the vendor "approved my refund and promised to have it to me within 5 days." That's been the problem all along !
They've been promising a refund within 3-5 business days for nearly 3 weeks now ! The 3-5 business days has come and gone several times - no refund.
But PayPal closed the dispute - which prevents me from excalating it - should this latest promise of payment also prove false.

If you paid by credit card, suggest contacting the card issuer for assistance, it's possible they can do a chargeback for you.
