In looking at my email today I discovered that I had missed my payment due date. I called the Bill Me Later call center Customer Service phone number (it connected to Phoenix, AZ) . I was connected to Connie (who works in the collections department.) who was very pleasant, courteous and professional. She was able to handle my issue to my complete satisfation and deserves two thumbs up for her excellent customer service. If only all people working in collections treated the clients like this, companies would probably have higher number of sucessful account resolutions. Thanks again, Connie.
