I have been ON HOLD with Customer Service for OVER AN HOUR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone else having to experience this inexcusable level of incompetence ?

Did you ever get through? I've been trying for over a week to reach a real person through email or phone. No success. I am getting angry enough to consider filing a complaint with the Attorney General. How can a financial institution have NO WAY to contact anyone to resolve issues? All I get are automated responses.

This is the PayPal way. Most people don't have the patience to even get through this nearly impenetrable wall. And it is only the first step. I have asked all over this forum why Paypal goes to such extremes to avoid their customers. It is a shady practice that is netting them millions.
