Avoid using PayPal to make any purchase as it only takes 1min for them to deduct money from your bank account but yet it takes 2 weeks mininum to be issued a refund back and another 3-5 days after that to see it in your bank so basically 3 weeks for the refund to be completed totally!!! That's horrible paypal is nothing but a 3rd party touching your money when not necessary avoid 3rd parties. Any purschase needed to make use your credit card directly to avoid all paypal BS if you use paypal and need a refund your looking at 15days use your card directly you will have your refund with in 1-2days from seller directly!!! PayPal only good for sending money to people not making purschase...Total scam putting my refund on hold for this long

Not quite true.

When you pay a seller it is NEVER instant, paypal CREDIT the seller for you and then they take the wait for your funds to transfer to paypal from your bank account to reimburse themselves.

This is done so you get your item more quickly.

This takes about 1-4  BUSINESS days as paypal use electronic transfer PLUS the fact that sometimes the funds don't even leave your account for a couple of days that makes it up to a week before paypal get it   >>>>

Because processing electronic fund transfers involves a third party in the automated clearing house -- which processes the transactions overnight -- the time it takes to complete this type of transfer is generally between one and four business days.

HOWEVER they do not "refund in advance" so this time its you that has to wait for the funds to transfer from the sellers bank account to paypal and then they reimburse you.
