I just made a phone call to Paypal Customer Service due to having my account locked because of suspicious activity. While the initial automated part is frustrating, once I was transfered to an actual person, I was very pleased with my service. I talked to a gentleman who could actually speak understandable English! (Not sure if he was American or not, but it sounded like it.) My account settings had been changed to Chinese, so he switched that back to English for me and then helped me to restore my account. He was patient while I waited for the email he sent to come through and while I reset my password and security questions. Hopefully I won't have to worry about security issues on my account again, but if I do, I know I won't be dreading having to call into Customer Service. Thanks Paypal!
