withdrawal limit glitch

I have completed all necessary actions to verifying my account and its still saying I have a limit even though I have withdrew plenty of times in the past

as you can see above it says my account has initial sending and withdrawal limits although its verified and have completed all necessary actions???

Same problem here. I haven't hit the maximum withdrawal limit, and I've only withdrawn once before to my account.
