Bank Leumi can't give me the code to add my card, what I have to do, with other account in Russian PayPal I add my card for one minute, just check the code in application of bank, with Israel bank I don't see to in application, and I called them, they can't say me information about transaction..what I have to do, if there other way to add card. cause I think I have the worth bank of Israel, but still, I want to use paypal..
