Shipped item were damaged at arrival due customs agent inspection

I have sold a part in perfect condition and have sent and it was also tightly packed. All detailed pictures were made and the buyer has confirmed the condition of the part and this way we made deal about the part. If you look to the pictures before the shipping there wasn't any hole or issue on the part this was also confirmed by the seller. Once this package was arrived in Israel the buyer sent me some pictures with the hole. He is now asking me 100 euro for to repair a little hole what is a lot of money because I have made a lot of effort to to make a good package and for to send the item to Israel with the high shipping costs. I think that the custom agents in Israel has opened the package for to check the content of the part. They became suspicious about the shape and weight from the part because it is not a thing what should be shipped very frequently . And for the moment the situation in Israel is also not normal and this should also be a reason that they have checked the inside of the part by making an hole. I think they were thinking about that there were content what would not be allowed for to import in the country. And this way they have made an hole. 

The buyer knows very good that the custom agents has drilled the hole and he know that he can contact them for this problem. The buyer is trying for to get money from me for to get this part for lower price. This is complete unfair. He had confirmed the condition and he is also telling to me that I have not made something wrong, all conversations were attached. I have done everything perfectly it were shipped with track and trace and it were packed very tightly and it is also succesfully arrived but the buyer is trying for to get money for to get his purchase for a lower price. A damage what were made by custom agents in his country is complete not my responsability there should be a document or something written on the package that it was opened at arrival

I have never sent a defect item, the package were made very tightly , the buyer has everything confirmed and now he is telling me that he has received a defect article.

By checking the pictures it is also very clear that someone has drilled the part.
