Hello! I have tried to purchase thru Ebay a small thing in Israel paying with PayPal. However Ebay says that smth. need to be clarified with Paypal. Paypal shows the following: Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem. Can anyone help to resolve the issue? Thank you 🙏
