I have had my paypal account for many years. Recently, a payment I received had fees subtracted from the payment amount. I have never had fees before and I do not have a business account unless it has been changed recently for some reason. How do I find out what is going on?
Also, I was notified that a recurring payment had been sent today, but for $20 instead of the usual $8 monthly. What's with that?
Thank you,

If you are selling you always pay a fee regardless of account type.
The only time you do not pay a fee is if you are receiving a friends / family payment BUT its against paypal rules to accept that sort of payment for a sale.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
