I'm sorry to hear that the dashboard isn't working for you. Please contact customer service to request that a representative reset the dashboard and see if that works. If not, a representative can do further troubleshooting with you at that time.

almost the same here., sometimes I am able to load the dashboard, but when I upload documents and submit, and again to the same process of loading.
