closing account

Good morning

I am trying to closed my account, but it continue to tell me to contact customer services. The customer service is for foreign country and i can't contact them because I don't have international telephone service.

Check if there is any active billing agreements:

Go to Account Settings (wheel icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

Select merchant on left, click Cancel on the right.

Make sure there is no money in the balance and no unresolved disputes or account limitations.

Then try to close account again, if the problem persists, contact customer service via social media:
