i need to change my account details however it wont let me as its asking to send a text to my old phone number or a old debit card i thats invalid and that i currently do not have anymore. what ways can i access my account to get past these issues?

You have no record of the old debt card number? It doesn't have to be currently active, they're just asking for the last 4 digits to verify if it is you and only you'd know or have access to that information but if not, call customer service and please keep your phone numbers updated as we are responsible for keeping our information current.

Contact customer service for assistance:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account.
