I am trying to enter my 9 digit zip code (5+4) but Paypal keeps telling me "that does not match" . Well, yes it does match, it matches what the USPS tells me it is. So I should be free to have my legal mailing address as accurate as possible. Why is PayPal preventing me?
Is your zip code updated with the 5+4 zip on your credit card account that is used to confirm your billing address on PayPal? Info has to match card and on PayPal.
