Update credit card

Hi,

I cannot update my credit card details.  I have also tried to link it as a new card.  Message that my card was declined.  Checked with my bank.  Card and account are all good. 

Can you help?

Issue was on Paypals end. Card has now been sorted. I had already tried the update and link process that's why I asked the question. Regards Regtower 1
