I can't seem to update my address through a new debit/credit card, because PayPal won't let me change it to a Canadian postal code. Has anyone else had that issue?
PayPal accounts are country specific. You need a local address and phone as pa| of minimum requirements. The account information address page is designed to recognize postal code formats. So your account should be Canadian for the system to accept the postal code.
