Unable to edit company profile.

Hi, I'm here new with a Business account. But whenever I'm trying to edit my company profile, despite putting down all necessary entries accurately, the following message - "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please check your entries and try again." appears always, over and over again. (see attachment below)

Please let me know if anyone else has had the same issue. This is kinda frustrating.

What is that dot or comma in the email address field? Could that be causing the issue?

I could update one "Beneficial owners" and when I try to update the 2nd beneficial owners it shows me the same error message and now I cannot make modifications to the first one.
Did you get this fixed by the way?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
