I recently have started using an app called Depop to sell clothing. I received my first order today and in order to access the shipping label it keeps telling me to verify my PayPal account and add a payment method. I have done both of these things. I verified my email and there is a card linked to my account as well. Once that didn’t work I tried clicking on the “verify email” button in my email again and nothing seemed to change. When I click on view shipping label It continues to pop up as a PDF saying that in order to access the shipping label I must verify my account. Please help!! I don’t want to make somebody wait for something they paid for!
