Transferring Paypal to Paymaya not working ???

Hello is anyone else having a issue with transferring money from there paypal account to their Paymaya ? i have tried for the last 5 days and its still the same . i have contacted paymaya and they told me there is no issue with my card or account , also a friend of ours tried to send it too her union bank account and her payamaya card also and she had the exact same issue as i did , please get back to me as soon as you can with any info take care and god bless

There is no problem for me. 
I am using PayMaya Physical debit card (VISA) 

Add your VISA debit card to your PayMaya and PayPal account. Link it. 

Then withdraw funds to your VISA debit card. 

Done
