Take back my card

I have a credit card that was linked to this account, but I removed it and now I cannot get it back. When I add it, it gives me a PayPal message saying that the card is linked to another account and I have not linked it to any account

I would leave it at least 72 hours before trying to add it again to allow paypals systems to play catch up.
