I've tried three different times to submit my W-2 to verify my SSN. Each time I get an email saying they were unable to read the document. It is the only document with my SSN I have access to at the moment so I'm unsure of what to do. I had taken a picture of the w-2 originally, but after the second try I scanned it and I am still getting the same result so I am unsure as to why they are unable to read it...
