Problem with updating information

I update my surename and lastname . I also submit national I.d which is my passport and also submit mu school I.d but my account information (given name, surname) is still not updated. I try to contact tru email but I only received same answer. Hope paypal can solve it as soon as possible.

You can only change the name on a paypal account for a minor spelling error OR for legal reasons ie marriage.

If you used a fake name to open an account then you will never be able to prove that the fake name is you and the account would be useless to you.

Hello . Yeah im aware of that .. I never used fake name on my account. Its just that the one letter on my given name was on my surname.. so I want paypal to fix it for me. It my given name is "Angeline I" and surname is "mendoza" .. but in my account , my givenname was "Angeline" and surname was "I Mendoza".

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
