I have a puzzling problem. Our company has set up a business Paypal account with multiple users. The usernames must not be an email address, so we chosen names like davejones or mikejackson. So far so good. Login directly on the Paypal website works.
But that username can not be used to login in a webshop-Paypal-app because that requires an email address.... which can not be chosen as a username. BTW it doesn't work for the forum login neither.
Maybe I have to explain what we want. We want a business Paypal account that can be used by all empolyees. To keep track of who ordered/paid what, we want a unique username for each person. That's what a business account offers. But the username can't be used to login and pay. And multiple email addresses don't work for the account.... so what can we do??
