Locked out of account for months (absolutely horrible service)

I'm unable to log into my PayPal account due to a recent change of phone number. It gives me the option to change the password via email but once I attempt to login with any password I reset it to it forces me to receive a cell phone verification code for a phone number that I no longer possess. I've been attempting to contact customer service for literally months and keep receiving automated voice messages. Help. 

P.S. Apologies in advance if this is the wrong forum thread/sub-thread. Moderators feel free to migrate my post if necessary.

ok but that doesn't give us any incentive to help you.

Just read your post and was going to reply until I saw your 'bump'.

If you keep bumping all that will happen is your thread will be removed from the forum or you face being banned from posting.

 

Volunteers man these forums as its a 'user to user' advice forum so demanding help is not advisable.
