Locked out and Phone Contact Doesn't work

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this.

 

A year ago was when I last logged into my old account. On that account, I had my only debit card hooked onto it. For some reason, I can not access the account at all. I know the password, but even if I forgot it doesn't work. There's no way of getting in, I've been locked out. I've looked online and it says to use the contact buttons, but I've had nothing from them, and when I try to use one of their agents it says I haven't supplied enough information.

 

When trying to use their phone number that is given on the internet, I get no response at all. 

I'd really appreciate someone to help give me instructions to either:

A) Get back into my account and sort out any issues with it
B) Remove my card from my old account and close it remotely, so that I can start fresh with this new one.
