Lack of Support

What a joke there support is. How can you have a payment processor business with absolute no customer service to contact. Covid should limit it, but please tell me another major online company that is taking zero calls...you use the e-mail portal and you get a generic response from auto reply. This is absolutely nuts. But when your dealing with a financial institution that's not bound by USA banks laws by using the New York loophole this is what you get. Pathetic support.
