My business account is locked down due to too many wrong password requests

I don't understand how I am able to get in touch with PayPal to get this resolved if I can't get help with support under my personal PayPal for another account, nor can I log into my business account to even get in contact with PayPal support. I have absolutely no way to contact anyone.

For assistance with this generally, you have to contact customer service as Guest, since you’re locked out of your account:
But due to Covid-19, getting a live agent as guest will be rather difficult.

You can also wait several days so that security system can reset/cool down on its own and which will allow you another 3 tries.

It has been on lockdown since the beginning of all of this (Mid Feb Maybe). So I think it is beyond a cooldown, unfortunately.

- I was denied resolution twice in Disputes and Limitations Archives
- Unable to access account for unknown reasons in My Account Archives
- I need live support in the UK regarding my old UK account in My Account Archives
- My mother's email being used by an unknown account in Disputes and Limitations Archives
- We changed phones and can no longer access our business account as we cannot pass 2 factor auth. in My Account Archives
