LIFTING MY ACCOUNT LIMIT NOT DONE

I have been expecting the code number required to lift the spending limit of my card but to no avail for over two weeks now. The 1 dollar has been deducted from my account and waited for the 4 business days promised by Paypal but no code is found in my dashboard to complete the process to lift my spending or withdrawal limits. I have done this process several times. Please what do I do?

Is it a credit card visa?

Only you can't add a local bank account / debit card in your country.
You can only link a credit card.

Also the option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in Nigeria.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.
