Increasing withdrawal limits

Hello, I’m trying to increase/remove my withdrawal limits by confirming my bank account. When I click confirm bank account it tells me that 2 deposits have been put into my account and I have to confirm those deposits, but when I check my bank account there isn’t any? This has been happening for a week now.

Normally its a 4 digit code, if you haven't got it then you could try requesting them again.

But first is it a bank Paypal accept ie not a virtual bank for eg?

I have requested it quite a few times, and nothing has come through. What do you mean by a virtual bank?
